The Embassy of Japan in Georgia, in co-organization with the Georgian State Ballet, held a Kyogen demonstration-masterclass at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre.
The event was held as part of the “Japan Week in Georgia 2025” event. Ms. Komaki Yu, an actress currently based in Stockholm, introduced Kyogen, one of the traditional Japanese arts,
to the ballet dancers and students of the school.
The event was attended by the Ambassador of Japan to Georgia and Ms. Nino Ananiashvili.
